Everyone is different, so take our advice with a grain of salt. I know if I felt trapped by a language barrier I'd be having a lot more trouble staying stable. Other people are like mirrors in that we see ourselves in the way others treat us - having that language barrier is likely preventing others from reaffirming your normalcy. Just day to day interaction with others reaffirms our humanness, and to have every interaction limited by a language barrier could easily prevent the little normal tasks of life from feeling as normal as they should.
Maybe in addition to all of the physio and emotional work you're doing on yourself, taking a course in the language might help?
Other than that, there's the standard thoroughfare. Try adding an antidepressant to your cocktail, do at least 1 hour of cardiovascular exercise a day, increase your exposure to sunlight, eat foods rich in omega fatty acids, etc. My heart goes out to you, take care

You do not need to look for patience. Just acceptance.
The rest will follow from there.

Also, try to find some friends -- I know it is hard because you are in a different country, but finding even one friend will help.
