Gondor has no pants. Gondor needs no pants.

I should really update more than once a month. Nothing new is really happening, though. I don't know if that's good or bad.

This whole not getting called for interviews thing has me pretty down, though, and the onslaught of cold weather isn't helping at all. Blah blah, depression, I hates you.

Day 09 - Your beliefs, in great detail )

I believe the dearth of humility is the cause of most of the world's problems

Yes!! When did deciding your point of view and then never being open to change, when was this decided to be a virtue?

I don't know. I'm still trying to figure out how ignorance is considered a God-given fundamental right.

well the key word there may be 'fundamental'.

I have a plot and settings for my current story, but only a partial set of characters and the dialogue has often been a real struggle for me.

Writers' brains are strange that way, I guess.

*Hugs* I hope you get inspired with an amazingly perfect plot--and soon!

Thanks! I think it's going to take some work, and that maybe I'm not ready to begin. Do you think it's better to try to write every day or wait until you feel it? I've heard it done both ways.

I'm a believer in writing every day, personally. I've found that writing a little motivates me to keep going. The longer I go without writing, the more my anxiety gets to me and kills my interest.

Besides, if you work at it every day, at least you can feel proud of accomplishing something--or just making an effort to when writer's block strikes!
