He’s waiting for the ocean of silence that stretches between them to be breached; he’s waiting for someone who can walk on the water.

Such an incredibly beautiful line! The whole story was heart-wrenchingly well written. Really wonderful, doll face.

Hee! thank you. Glad you liked it :) It was incredibly fun to write, and at times it even felt a little too over-written, but, oh well - people seem to like it!

Awwww, reading about Connor leaving Murphy was so sad. That was hard to take, that he would just leave him like that.

The loneliness in this was so real, so stark. He doesn’t shower when he gets home after one of his walks; Murphy always smoked. The smell helps Connor sleep easier.

But for all the pain in the first part, the reunion was every bit as sweet and wonderful and promising. :D
