So, in an interesting twist, I'm apparently the beater for Gryffindor now. I only tried out because I figured I should try and get back into a sport and that looked like it could be a lot of fun, but hey I'm not going to complain if I got a spot ( Read more... )

Baiba! So many of Meredy's friends got positions! Does Botan's oar really fly?

Have you considered trying for a position? I think there are some still open.

It does! Just a fraction or two slower than normal brooms and not as high. I'll just need to adjust some of the spells so I can keep up with the Bludgers.

Meredy has not! She loves flying, but she isn't so sure she'd be good at the rest.

You bet! It would be bad if Botan was too slow and got injured.
