  Chosen Children, Hallo!

This is your favorite lilac-haired bishoujo, Inoue Miyako! Bingo!

Sorry to keep you all waiting! Momo-nee told me I should probably get back online and tell you guys that I'm still doing fine. I'm glad to hear that you all seem to be in one piece as well. I've been really busy with Ai Mart since the disasters all hit. We've ( Read more... )

Good to hear that you're safe Miyako san.
I'm relieved at least that you won't have to worry about food in this situation of general shortage.
However I'm a bit worried about your freezer foods.
With the rotated power outage going on, keeping them fresh would be incredibly difficult.(or hopefully, were they all sold out/given away?)

I have not heard anything about Hida san nor Tachikawa san for awhile,
so I am glad to hear he is safe too.
He can be such a recluse, therefore, it helps to know via another one of us.

I believe, Takenouchi san may have more idea about whereabouts of Tachikawa san. Have you tried calling her?

...

Miyako stared at the text and felt a pang of sadness. Right.. Ken had lost his big brother... The thought makes her all the more sad, thinking about her own big brother. Really, he's right, but it's hard to completely understand when one hasn't been there herself.

I never really thought about it like that, I guess. It's easy to take them for granted, since we're always so close... I guess I should try not to be so selfish, eh?

Hmm... Now that you mention it, I guess you have a point. Iori has always put up with me, although most of the time I talk and he stays quiet. (^^);

Eh?
Again, Miyako finds herself thrown off guard and she very nearly falls out of her chair in surprise. That sounded like.. A compliment from Ken-kun! A blush came to her face and she glanced around to make sure nobody noticed. Thankfully, Momoe seemed like she wasn't paying attention. Lucky!
Ah, well, I'm glad to hear it. I'll be sure to keep on smiling then!

Haha. Sorry. I didn't mean to put on a depressive air.
You're fine as you are, brimming with life.
Don't worry about it.
Listening to you talk is fun.

Fantastic. I'll be able to find you from miles away than.
It is pretty hard to miss that flashing smile. ;)

Don't be sorry. I'm glad you talked to me so openly about such a tough subject. I worry sometimes that people are afraid to tell me their feelings, but I can be a good listener, honest!
You really think so..? Momo-nee says I talk too much..

Ah, then I definitely need to keep smiling. I want to make sure I get to see you always. I mean, uh... Speaking of which, I really haven't seen you in a while. Does your family need any supplies? I can always deliver some for you when we get tomorrow's shipment.
