For me, each zipped file has the same numbering system, so each one starts from 0 & goes to whatever number of caps are in that zip file.
If I unzip them all into the same folder they save over the others.

Yeah that's how they're supposed to be. Or, to be more exact, that's how the program names caps each time you delete a group. Because I keep my caps in several folders per film so a folder loads faster, I didn't bother with renaming 3000+ files. I'd suggest unzipping them into seperate folders and then renaming if you'd like to put them in one folder.
