A long one, apologies

Oh good gosh. This week has been both brilliant in terms of socially and awful in terms of diet. I've managed to reign it in today, going for a run AND tracking calories. I've gone over by about 200kcals, but the point is that I have tracked them today. I should be properly back on track tomorrow, seeing as I have cooked up three batches of food, ( Read more... )

Awww, hooray for a couple of nice dates! I'm not surprised you were annoyed with your friend, though :(

I am much better at taking exercise than dieting. Not that I've ever really tried dieting, but it's partly why I took up running, so I could feel less guilty about my love for cake ^^

Wow, do your friend and her hubby have a bad relationship? That stinks but i guess it happens.

This guy you are/were talking to seems very genuine. That's awesome he cooked for you!! =]
