Oh good gosh. This week has been both brilliant in terms of socially and awful in terms of diet. I've managed to reign it in today, going for a run AND tracking calories. I am much better at taking exercise than dieting. Not that I've ever really tried dieting, but it's partly why I took up running, so I could feel less guilty about my love for cake ^^
