Triple 12: My birthday!

Dec 12, 2010 23:43

Just think, in 2 years it will be Quadruple 12 . . . everyone will have to do it then. I did have a nice birthday: early dinner at Max's with a few friends, and The Nutcracker with my mom. For usual 12 of 12 stuff, see Chad Darnell.

You have just become accustomed to my cannon which has been built to Phil excess/tolerances.

Glad you had birthday awesomes. Until next weekend with a burrito and carols...

I'm so glad you had friends and family take you out to dinner and to an opera. The photos are absolutely stunning.
I need to send real cards to people again. Sending tangible cards is very special.

Thanks!

Yes, I like sending and getting real cards - I enjoyed getting your Halloween card. Just won't be happening for Christmas for me this year.

I understand. I have another friend who lost her husband this year (same age as us), and she says Christmas is going to be the hardest. :(
*hugs*

Thanks. :-) I've been going since I was about 4. Theater manners DRILLED into me as a child. I wish all the other adults had them too, but oh well. Yes, I'm sure the girls would enjoy it.

Heyyyyy, I KNOW those people! Glad you got to have such a festive and friend-studded birthday! (Just bummed that I wasn't there to join. I was...there in spirit?)

You're right: excellent chandelier shot. Oh, opera house!

Thanks - I missed you! As you see, Christine and Kristin weren't able to be there either. But then between Max's not taking reservations and it being Nutcracker-crazy-busy (between the matinee and evening shows), I couldn't invite everyone I wanted to. Though of course my beloved sisters would be invited! Still, I'll see you soon. :-)
