Thanks for reminding us! Fortunately, everything I run on: my computer, my phone, even my Kindle, all set themselves forward automatically. And Christina will take care of the other ones.
I have always wondered how the time changing works, when I was a child I thought all the clocks changed automatically (I was really naive) but now I think it is a lot of pain. My sister lives in Europe and she is always running late, she's used to Latin America's never changing time.
In the spring, we put the clocks an hour ahead (spring forward) and in the fall, an hour back (fall back). It is simply the practice of advancing clocks so that evenings have more daylight and mornings have less (so you have more daylight hours to do things).
Our cell phones and computers change automatically, but it is a pain to change every other clock (from watches and alarm clocks to electronics and appliances). Thankfully, I only had to change one alarm clock.
