We binge watched another three episodes of season two of the Flash tonight.

Gretchen has been spoiled by our binge watching epidemic. We watch an episode of network TV and her response is "What do you mean I have to wait until next week?"

While we wait for the new fall season of television to show up, Gretchen and I have been digging through other things that we haven't seen for one reason or another. This is made more necessary by our previous DVRs all having left the building to go back to DirecTV ( Read more... )

Just before tonight's season finale of "The Orville", I paused the television and told Gretchen how I thought the episode would play out. I am either really clever or this was really obvious. :)

But this was a wonderful episode.

I hope to heck they renew this show.

Gretchen and I watched the premiere of "Whiskey Cavalier" last night. It's promising. It reminds us of "Castle", in that it's a buddy cop show (more or less) with a lot of sexual tension between the two leads. And although it's in the spycraft milieu instead of homicide, the feel is similar. There's a wider trail of bodies in this series, ( Read more... )

In other news, we watched last night's episodes of "Young Sheldon" and "The Orville" with Katie. The latter was obviously the episode that was held over from last season and it required a bit of explanation.

On the TV good news front for new series that we're watching here, The Orville has been picked up by FOX for a second season.

Well, we're catching up on various series. We finished Galavant tonight, Agent Carter last night, and Code Black a couple of weeks ago when they wrapped up that season. We're caught up on CSI:Stupid (excuse me, Cyber) and there are only two episodes left there, so we should be done with it soon.
