Here's why I think this is a mistake:

I LOVE Jolteon. It's one of my favorite pokemon. It's a great electric type in my opinion. Substitute on Jolteon is fantastic. You can do some serious sweeping with that bad boy.

well... jolteon is considered overused in the competitive community, so it's hardly the least used eeveelution
the least used is probably flareon, since it has no good attacks on the physical spectrum and it's poor speed doesn't compliment it's great attack stat

I'm not part of the competitive community :/ hahaha sorry. I gathered this from experience. I was surprised, too. I thought for sure Flareon would be the least used.

well i'm just wondering exactly what you meant in terms of relating it to the pokemon fandom. most people will assume you mean in gameplay since the eeveelutions are basically the most popular pokemon otherwise.

i have never seen jolteon neglected, ever. :(

Real life friends who play, forums, *shrugs* I guess forgotten was the wrong word to use. I just felt that Jolteon wasn't getting love but I guess I was wrong.

Hahaha, I think it's funny that you think that Jolteon is forgotten. It's so popular in competitive play! Pretty sure least popular is flareon mostly because it's pretty much unusable due to weird stats and poor movepool.

I had a Jolteon in my sapphire I think, I remember having a hard time finding an electric type to add to my team. He was definitely very useful.
