(If you've never heard of it, it was yet another "Vampire Detective in LA Making Atonement" show that was being rerun on ScyFcy, but that's not important right now.) I had to special order it from FYE, and it got here ( Read more... )

It's a sign of economic recovery. Four months ago that hoop was just the size of a dime. With any luck it'll be up to a half-dollar again, although that's rarely seen since anytime someone does run across a half-dollar coin they put in their sock drawer to be preserved as a rare coin so it isn't seen again before it gets lost or turned into an unmatched sock.

Never seen it here in the South or anywhere in my travels. Maybe its a gang thing in that area or maybe he's a nut. Glad I didn't see it. I probably would have asked him about it. "That a new style, sugar. Who're you getting to do that for you?"

I *am* here in the South, and I've never seen it before either. I doubt ut was a gang thing bangers don't usually have jobs at FYE), but I have to wonder how he's going to explain it to his grandkids. "Y'see, Jimmy, PawPaw was once chillin' in the latest style, and..."

Latest style, I hope not. Have any of the latest Sci-Fi flicks had this? Maybe he was just setting his own style. Next..his tongue? Have seen fools have them split in half like a snake. ..maybe that'll be next.

I have seen it before, and while I try to be much more tolerant of body modification than I used to be, it does strike me as being out towards the edge of the chart on both strangeness and undoableness.
