Oh to be in SF for a week of GLBT square dancers. One of these days maybe I will learn and get to participate as well. Have fun!

1. The BART strike won't affect you, but be prepared for a very crowded train as you're coming in on Parade Day.

2. I don't believe it's possible to have a non-quality conversation with Pam. For one thing, she'd never permit it. :)

3. I am so pleased that you're finally teaching, and not just TA'ing, GCA Caller School. :) I'm working during most of the school, but if I find some spare time, I may pop in and watch/listen.

I've heard nothing, but I have two thoughts: first, any subsequent convention is going to seem under-hyped because it would be hard for any convention to match the organizing and marketing muscle that is available in the Gay Area and second, we all knew SLC was going to be a smaller affair. But still...
