The damage in my back from trying to lift a fire safe back when I worked at Wal-Mart has been kicking me for the past few days now. Usually it only lasts a couple of days, but now it's been going on four and I'm getting tired of the surprise pains sending me to my knees at random points in the day. Ha!I have just the opposite phenomenon... My phone goes into sleep mode after 5 minutes or so. Whenever she sends a pic,it gets turned on.

Be careful with the doctors. I suffered from chronic back pain for years. I avoided the recommended cortisone shots and scalpels, and healed myself by working a core program at the gym. Research anything they want to inject you with, some of that stuff is pretty hard on your joins and ligiments

I already have it on good authority that it is very likely a result of an incident working at Wal-mart over a decade ago, and it makes a lot of sense to me that it should be a purely physical malfunction rather than some sort of biochem thing. Ergo, I really doubt any kind of injection would resolve my problem, unless someone knows the formula for spinal regeneration fluids. Dr. Crusher to the Bridge!

Danger, Will Robinson! I smell a "pre-existing condition" that your insurance won't want to cover.

I suggest looking into: yoga, pilates, chiropractors... Heck, even acupuncture might have some benefit -- I know folks with bad carpal tunnel that have gotten fixed by acupuncture.

It's cool, bro. Whatever the case, it wouldn't be beyond the coverage to at least get diagnosis and recommendations and such, which would be a big step towards resolving this problem.

And yeah, if I thought acupuncture was available and workable, I'd try it. It worked for Hetty's mom, right. However, I don't think it will fix my problem. (see above)
