I've been granted a 3-day pass to play Team Fortress 2 for free that I can give to anyone I want. I realize these are probably going around, but if anyone wants mine, just let me know.

internet, games

Can you help a brotha out now that you got your fancy new job? My wife wants a wiifit bad. She's got the itch, ya'know. I called G-stop and they wouldn't tell me anything...

Already had that question answered on my first day. You are going to have to post an APB, call a dragnet, requisition a CSI unit, etc. We get stuff daily, but there's no real way to tell when that stuff will happen to be a Wii Fit. All I can give you is to check as many stores as you are comfortable with on a daily basis until someone says they have it in. The way the market is on that stuff, there's no guarantees when we will get it. Best time to call in is after 12 noon. Beyond that, it's out of the stores' hands, brotha. Blame Nintendo.

Also, it's probably going to tell you that you are too fat and have no coordination. But, hey, nothing like motivation...

Are you snowing me? I find it hard to belive that the Gamestop organization has its head so far up its butt that it doesn't know its own supply chain.

Sigh.

Yeah, sure, I'm snowing you. I've been working there two days, and already I've been transformed into an Evil Corporate Entity, determined to mock you by going against the core nature of retail and refusing to sell you a product.

Gamestop knows when shipments are SENT, but since there are so few available to send out and they are sent UPS Ground, we cannot guarantee WHEN we will get them ("in a few days" is as safe as we can tell you), or how long we will have them in stock. First come, first serve, but if you call in and ask nice, there is no one at the stores I've been in (or work in now) that wouldn't love to sell a system over to you.

Do try to contain your disappointment that you can't doof around on a battery-powered platform in time with the little guy on your TV.
