See... I'm thinking this isn't going to work. People have already become used to their unlimited internet access and will stop using the jackasses that charge them more for the exact same damn thing.
Yeah, but if they're the only game in town, or if other guys start thinking, "This is genius! I always wanted a yacht," then people are still frikkin' hosed.
I mean, I'd like to think that people won't stand for a cap, but we used to think people wouldn't stand for $4/gal gasoline.
I wouldn't worry too much about it if it wasn't for the monopolistic situation. Here in .dk, we've had both kinds for many years, and I don't think any provider only allows capped usage. Mostly, capped usage is used by people with little usage (like my mom), everybody else has "unlimited". Of course, we do have something like 20 different providers to choose from due to reasonably reasonable legislation.
