I found out today that I have to move in 6 weeks.
Dad sold the house today, and agreed to their condition of a 12 November settlement date.
This is 12 days after I hand in my last assignment.

So, in the next six weeks I have to:

• finish five essays
• study for one test
• Find a new house that will let me have pets, that I can also afford, in a nice

Argh, that totally sucks!!!!

Almost the exact same thing happened to James (the bf) when his dad sold their old house. He was told he could say til 'x' date and hence would have plenty of time to finish uni and find a new place and pack and so on. But then his dad accepted an offer on the condition that they could move in earlier than the 90 day settlement.

What is with dads and kicking their kids out of their homes at the end of the semester with little notice?
