As you can see from my subject line, I've been lagging a little :( I'm convinced one or two pounds of that is water weight though because yesterday I must have drinken like 5-6 liters of water. Today I've had 1-2 already ( Read more... )

it tastes soooo good! it says it's made up of just spices and water and stuff so I guess it must really be close to 0
My dad is British and it looks like the other English brand stuff we buy, so I think it might be from the English/Scottish store we sometimes go to. I'll post the exact brand later :)

The 2468 diet is...
you trick your metabolism by eating 200 calories one day, 400 the next, 600 the next, 800 the next, then back to 200-400-600-800-200-etc...

Pros:
it keeps your metabolism up, you are eating a little so you are more likely to fool people than with a fast, and-in my experience-you lose about 4 lbs a week
Cons:
going from 800 to 200 is kinda hard to do. i usually end up bingeing :( I think this could be because your body is all ready for 1000 (follwing the pattern) and then you give it 200, which is good for losing weight, bad for hunger...

i tend to think the pros outweigh the cons--haha, outweigh, no pun intended--so that's why I'm trying it. hopefully i can stay strong and keep my willpower up on that 800-200 switch.

Thanks a lot... I will try that although this weekend i'm stuck at my trailer (cottage thing) with family so probably not easiest time to try it!
