we were completely underwater for a thousand years so we adapted, grew gills, coated the buildings with bio-rubber to keep them from degrading, and life went on like normal until the water receded and then we freaked out and its been that way since May

I'm not sure what you could really find, but just being in Dresden, especially in the old town, there's a little voice in your mind whispering "Slaughterhouse 5"

The slaughter house 5 meat locker still exists. You can visit it.
