I am talking about commuting, and it does sometimes get that cold in midatlantic winters, so I really do need to be able to ride in weather as cold as 0 degrees F. luckily, once you're properly windproofed, it starts to matter less whether it's 30 degrees or 10. I'm just having trouble finding layers that fit real nice while I'm riding
