I keep meaning to update my LJ but I never get around to it, or I start entries and then partway I'm like "Wow, this is fucking boring, who wants to read about this?" and I delete everything to spare you guys. But really, I should update this.

I am SO JEALOUS! And of course, happy for you. <3 My favourite museum in Paris is the Centre Pompidou. I could lose days there. And Montmarte is a must see.

Hee, when I travel, I almost always plan around places I want to eat. That's how I did Boston a few years ago. It was all about the food and seeing interesting things was secondary.

I'll have to start researching Paris restaurants. I probably can't afford the really really good stuff, but I'm sure I'll find something delicious in my price range. Also I want to hit so many bakeries.

Congrats on your Paris trip! I recommend Jardin du Luxembourg and Musee d'Orsay. But any of the well-known museums are absolutely amazing.

I will try my best to take & post lots of pictures. Part of me wants to play the cool, non-touristy tourist and just soak up everything and not take a million pictures like everyone else. But I know I'm going to want a million pictures when I get home, so I will try to get over my hesitance and not care what other people think and just take the dang pictures :)
