Despite what some may think, I don't have the power to force people out of fandom. Also, my sense of humor is frequently deadpan and I enjoy saying things ironically.
Possibly some of them knew of me from Harry Potter fandom, where I was admittedly kind of nuts and knew some notorious people. (I hung with the Death Eater fans a lot and people who'd disowned HBP.) But even then, I didn't have the power to force people out of fandom.
Actually, my journal was mostly unflocked until about a year ago, actually. I flocked all it then because of repeated trolling by people who were trying to start up shit between me and an ex-friend, after which I didn't really feel secure unless I could control who could read my stuff and who couldn't.
And my Teaspoon modship probably does make me evil, actually.
