You forget to mention both the daily scrumptious offerings on the counter that the staff is more than will to explain. Offering once that "my grandmother just made those dumplings..." You also must try the sweet green pancake they make to order that when coupled with the curiously strong iced coffee, you have just about hit Vietnamese nirvana.
