Asylum Mission Statement and Call to Action

I want to create a place where people can learn to grow and change beyond the limitations they feel they have because they have been labeled as mentally-ill, addicted, victimized, disordered, or deranged.  No one fits perfectly in this society.  Those who fit the least cozily into the world's expectations are not incapable of having happy lives.
