I suspect that a 4chan-alike will be a major component of the system, and a dupe of the master of that system.

Well, next next. The one he's been trying to start work on but news events keep catching up to and exceeding his plots (see link: The Halting State sequel was to be 419, but Madoff made it seem small, then it was going to be a frontrunning scam on a global scale, but recent events around Goldman ditto. My prediction is to the new new version of the book).

And while he's working on it, someone in the real world will actually pull off some kind of shenanigan similiar to the one he has planned, but more dramatic and implausible.
