Eureeka! Sparkle text!

I was fiddling today, bemoaning the loss of sparkle text in comments, when I realized that what lj did was disable the use of style tags in comments. I further searched and realized that you can use table html to get sparkle text to work, though it tiles more and a lot of sparkle text doesn't work because without the style tag, you're forced to use
