oh noes!! Spock Zombie!!!! so frightening!! Gosh how imaginative are you, with this weird magical woman and Tane! what an original species, i feel like an entire story could be weaved around this guy. And you don't sacrifice Kirk and Spock's characterizations ONE. BIT! Kirk's line at the end is all kinds of priceless and so damned Kirkian! Plus you understand him so well, esp. in the scene where he's first waking up and testing the bars. CLASSIC. LOVE IT!
But the scene aboard the enterprise was truly chilling, and I loved Bones leaping up to defend propriety, and of course promptly getting the smack down. it's sort of Bones' M.O. But then i have to wonder what the manipulator wants with TWO jim kirk's and TWO spocks.... curiouser and curiouser...
Li'l typo: " I hate her with shred of my being, " (missing an "every")
Spock's katana! Best Line Ever. *lol* Ok, getting back to seriousness. I loved the irony here and there, like the all "I swear the crack is in the same point of the ceiling" thing. I'm also getting more and more curious as the story goes by. Runs to the next chapter.
