It's been a good long while since I've seen this one, actually; it was a bit closer to the beginning for me. So I never got over that general inexplicable feeling of discomfort. I mean, the kind where you're cracking up, 'cuz, YAY 60s, but the rest of it...idk, just hit a wrong nerve with me.

lol yes, I made it long ago and finally found an appropriate place for it. :P

I too am having withdrawals. I'm now at that stage where I want to share episodes with other people like I do with other tv shows I love, but sadly, besides my mom who is always busy when I want to rewatch, there's no one to share it with. :(

Anecdote time! I was at bingo with my sister on Thursday and we were sucking hard. She leaned over and was like, "damn it, win already!" and without thought I responded, "I'm givin' her all she's got, cap'n!" She found this HILARIOUS, and funnily enough, I bingo'd soon after (the power of Trek, baby.) Then she wanted me to say it again with the accent, and she said, "I'll watch an episode of Star Trek if you do it!" I did and now her ass is mine, but I think she likes it and is not willing to admit it to herself because that was the lamest "if you do A I'll do B" exchange ever.
