The station kept shorting out for me too, it was SOOOOOOOO irritating.

Other than that, I loved the ep as well. Salad shaker!

I love that detail of Sam's diet. I don't remember if that was always canon, but I know its been fanon forever that Sam eats health food a lot. \o/

I was watching it streaming so I thought it was just the shitty quality, but yeah, Dean was Oompa Loompa color in that scene in the car :/

I totally agree with your first con. Ever since I first heard the rumor of a bodyswap episode I just assumed it would be a Sam/Dean swap. Then when it turned out not to be I had already built my idea of it so much that even though this episode had some great funny moments it's not what I really wanted.

Also... what episode is your icon from?

I kept thinking of that J2 fic in which Jensen and Jared kept practicing to play the other. Good times, good times. :)

You know, I have no idea where this icon is from, lol. I think Dean's saying, "this guy?" and I'm trying to remember why he's saying that. :/

The only episode I remember him saying "this guy?" in is Born Under a Bad Sign to the gas station clerk when the clerk told him Sam was drinking hooch and smoking cigarettes, but Sam was out by the car then. Anyway it's a super cute icon!

That's what episode I was thinking of, but you're totally right because that's not it either. I also thought maybe it was from Bad Day at Black Rock, but I don't know why I think that. :/

it took Dean long enough to realize Sam wasn't Sam...
but anyway, it was a nice episode. I just wish Sam could open up with Dean and tell him what he thinks about him when he really himself, you know?

For realsie! I guess you can forgive him the lapse in the bar because he was getting drunk with Sam and we all know how freaking odd Sam acts when drunk, but I would have figured that he would have known as soon as Sam wanted to listen to Dean's music loudly, lol. Not going to spoil, but I heard a positive spoiler about their trust issues. \o/

And I liked the episode, quite a bit. Especially because I feel like I'm not as ~*~invested~*~ in the show anymore, so I can enjoy it more.

Same here. I think I got so upset last season because I really was invested and it made me sad to see such fuckery, but I guess now that I've seen the worst, I'm prepared in case it does happen again, but I'm distanced enough that I can pass over a lot of bad stuff that would bum me out back then.
