Today was Nikola Tesla's birthday. Tesla holds a special place in my heart. He was one of those people that I find absolutely captivating. I have pinkeye, because, apparently, I'm seven years old.

I was mucking about in the backyard tonight and Ursa Major was particularly beautiful so I tried my hand at taking a few pictures of it. Ursa Major contains the asterism The Big Dipper.
