haha it sounds exactly like it was last night.

mike held a massive bong up in the air when they were on the sofa when i saw them.
kano was heeaavy. they did a remix to dont mug yourself which was amazzzing.

pete doherthy was good too. but i felt quite sorry fro him though.

the excercise regime was pretty good yeah. and i thought it was glc on the screen but i wasnt sure.

alexandra palace wasnt a bad venue either, i thought it would be shit. maybe if i had been further back it would have been though.

the mc battles were sick at friday nights. the one from yours got beaten in the last round.

we missed kano, would have liked to have seen him.
on the day i heard babyshambles had pulled out, i was thinking aw alex... but then they said pete so yay. would have been interesting to see him on his own haha.
i loved the exercise regime!
never been to "Ally Pally" where is it?
oh the poor scots... they wernt that great, and you couldnt understand their accent sometimes!
