More six is definitely a plus!

I'm looking forward to it, just as I look forward to any big finish play. It will be very interesting.

I'm just excited about more Peri audios. When The Nightmare Fair is released, it will have been 22 months since the last Peri audio. Far too long IMO!

As I have not got my hands on a copy of DWM #407, I think I will have to reserve comment on the complete list until I have read any additional information DWM has to offer ( ... )

I'm really looking forward to these, there hasn't been nearly enough Six/Peri in Big Finish.
Just curious though, did they give any reason for not doing The Ultimate Evil? I recall the book being fairly cheesy, but I'd still like to hear it done.

I believe the reason being given is that Big Finish could not agree terms with Waly K Daly.

Yes, that was the reason.

Right, now having got my copy of DWM #407...

Ah, so 'The Hollows of Time' is the storyline that is often mentioned (like the DWM Archive on 'Frontios') which had the Tractors and the Master, for some reason I have never put two and two together and thought 'The Hollows of Time' mentioned in connection with the original 23rd series to be something else together. Though one sees from the Christopher H Bidmead interview that Big Finish have not been allowed to use the Master by the BBC.

One wonders what the TBA fifth story is - 'The Children of January' in not being ruled out like 'The Ultimate Evil' and 'Yellow Fever and How To Cure It' would be an obvious candidate being the final one in the proposed roster of stories back in 1985. But then you never know, Big Finish might spring another surprise.

The Nightmare Fair is, IIRC, reputed to be the best of the lost stories. And that was pretty mediocre, at least based on the charity audio that was done of it. So I'm not too confident about these.... :/
