Update on my grandfather

I was pretty shocked when I saw my grandfather today, I hadn't seen him in over two weeks. If you can imagine a Halloween zombie prop, gaunt yellow skin, skin and bones, no muscle.. that's what he looked like. A shell of his former self. Literally skin and bones. Except for his legs, those were inflated like party balloons

It's painful to watch, but there's nothing left that can be done for a person in your grandfather's condition.

Keep an eye on your mom. She's obviously not taking this well. Make sure you're there for her, even if it's just to be a shoulder to cry on.

Since it's inevitable at this point, I would like to send my condolences to you and your family, and wish that your grandfather's passing is peaceful and painless.
