i hate it so bad(drama). it is ridiculous! now i know you didnt wanna say this out loud on your lj but..if people dont want us to be together and show them that we're both happy then screw them. It could just make us "stronger" (as gay as that sounds)why wouldnt your friends wanna be happy for you? yeah sure they might think its weird, but they wont even give it a chance.
