Oh, show

Yesterday I walked into a store and Regina Spektor's "Fidelity" was playing. Thanks to this scene, I immediately thought of Veronica and Logan, even though it's been years. It's amazing how music can create such visceral reactions and emotions. My stomach fluttered and I was struck by this pang of love for my old ship. I really need to rewatch the ( Read more... )

I had a rewatch last month and I was baffled again how good and funny the show was *sigh* I really wish there would be a movie or something.

Part of me would love a movie, and part of me would only love it with script approval to ensure a V/L HEA! Heh.

Absolutely adored that show and never ever get tired of it popping up in conversation and yeah.... music gets us through life, holds our memories better than brain cells and has the power to make us cry, laugh, smile, get chills or just be.

Ahhh, memories. Wow, I was really obsessed with them. I sometimes forget since it's been awhile since I rewatched. And yes, at the time, I remember being sort of irritated with how it ended, but also kind of pleased since it was sort of ambiguous, yet hopeful at the same time.

I remember at the end of S2 when V/L were thrown together, I knew we wouldn't get that two years in a row. Of course I wanted them totally together at the end, but that look Veronica gives him was worth a thousand words. Let's be real. Parker and Piz? I think not!

Yeah, I was super obsessed. I loved them so much.

Speaking of music sparking fandom memories, this song came on the radio the other day. I nearly drove off the road I was laughing so hard from picturing this vid:

I've never watched VM. I suppose I should fix that at some point.

Yes!! That song wasn't even on the show, but amelialourdes's vid is so iconic! I heard that song randomly and immediately thought of stupid Noah and that vid. :D

Yes, you should watch VM! It's not perfect, but I loved it. Veronica and Logan are a great hate-to-love relationship, which I'm a whore for. :D

In this vid, the part that always kiiiiiills me is the "You are not me" paired with Noah marrying Ameera and Luke looking like he's dying in the background. LUKE WOULD NEVER HAVE DONE THAT SHIT, YO.

Also, this vid just kills me because I LOVE THEM BOTH SO MUCH!!!!! LUKE I LOVE YOU SO MUCH THAT I CAN'T DEAL WITH IT. AND REID YOU ARE MY HERO FOREVER FOR MAKING LUKE HAPPY!!!!!!
