I'M SO JEALOUS AND SO PLEASED FOR YOU FOR SO MANY REASONS <3333333333

As I type, I have Australia on the DVD player for the first time. I really LIKE Hugh Jackman, you know? I so know what you mean about the sincerity. If I EVER heard anything bad about him, I think my whole world view would shatter. And I'm only half-joking ;)

It's mind-boggling just how talented he is and how genuine he is.

I'm one of the few people who loved that movie when it came out! I really enjoyed it, so I hope you do, too!

Seriously, if Hugh is secretly an asshole or something, I DON'T EVER WANT TO KNOW. It would break my heart!

I am enjoying it, but it so can't decide what it wants to be! It's a big mess of a movie but still enjoyable. Hugh, of course, is awesome <3333 He just broke my heart when he insisted his friend get a drink <3333

Oh yeah, tonally it's a bit of a mess. But the Hugh/Nicole romance hit so many of my buttons. Plus the scenery, and did I mention Hugh is dreamy? :D

Harry was always my favourite character (Big. Damn. Hero.) and Dan's performance here was fantastic and heartbreaking and I'm so proud of him.

Right? I'm so full of love for him and the movie and what a wonderful ride it has been.

I love Harry so much. The way he accepts his fate because it's for the greater good is just amazing. And Dan's delivery of him saying he's ready to die broke me. OH, HARRY.

I'm still kind of on a high from such a wonderful weekend. Or maybe that's still the ice cream? ;)

I'm going to see DH2 again tonight. I was going to wait until tomorrow but I just can't get it out of my head.

Speaking of which, my ice cream pints were soft by the time I got them in the freezer, but not bad. Not any softer than normal in the summer when you bring them home after shopping, so the cooler did a good job considering it was at least three hours. They froze up well again.

I'll probably see it again on the weekend, since we're too busy before then. How was viewing #2?

Very good news about the ice cream. Did you get the Boston Cream Pie?

DH2 was lovely as ever. Fewer tears this time, which was nice.

Forgot to say that the projector was all wonky, so we had to move into a different (bigger, so that was fine by me) theater and ended up with free movie vouchers for the bother. I wasn't complaining.

That's so funny! Seriously, wasn't it amazing? If we hadn't been going away the next morning, we would have gone back for more Friday night!
