You are indeed doing the right thing. Keep up the good fight, just don't let it get you down too much. If you invest too much in it, you might find yourself disappointed/angry if the result doesn't come out just right.

"He said/the bastard denies" arguments rarely go the way you expect.

Good luck though, and keep up the good fight, brother!

Considering that Canada post is almost entirely staffed with big ol queens, i'm not surprised. I'd refuse too. Wouldn't that fall under the 'hate literature' laws? Whoever sent those out should be locked up, IMHO.

Secondly, that motion will never pass in Parliament. The bloc, NDP and libs will eyeroll and say "NAY!", and then Stephen Harper can shrug his neocon shoulders and say "Well, I tried." to all the right-wing fuckbags in his gov. and back home in Jesusland.. er, Alberta.

Tough to say if it is hate literature, I think for it to be so, it has to INCITE violence. That's a pretty high standard. It is hateful, but not sure it falls in definition of hate literature.

Agreed on the motion in Parliament. It is looking good for us but the fact that it is being put forward at all suggests we still have a long way to go.

We'll always have a long way to go as long as idiots and religion are allowed to mingle together.

Frankly, I say do away with one, the other, or both and the world would be a better place :D
