Hmmm....two of the girls are scientists. I think Raj is far more likely to indulge in some spa pampering than say, Amy...but it is feasible that it is a conference in the boys' area of expertise, thus leaving the girls (two scientists and one aspiring actress) free to indulge in spa activities.

A car ride with Sheldon probably makes a spa visit almost required for everybody who isn't Sheldon, really...
