[Spain has to actually concentrate to suppress the bark he wants to make in return. Which is just weird.]

Me neither...America never said anything about this when he was talking about Halloween, anyway.

Maybe this kind of thing only happens in Somarium. I wouldn't be surprised, a lot of other strange things have happened here as well.
