A new start to a new life.

Well here I am. I am now 31 years old in the same position I have been way to many times. That position is me starting a plan for me to get healthy and lose weight. Whatever you do, don't think you have to do it all at once, like you HAVE to get all Biggest Loser on that ass, so to speak. Do it that way and you risk the fate of all the New Year's N00bz who are the bane of the truly fitness-minded every January.

Best way to start, I've found, is to determine that whatever you had been doing, do a little less or more, depending on the activity. That's it. Once the small victories accrue, you'll be ready to turn it up a notch or two, but not before. Dave Ramsey aficionados will recognize the methodology.

Thanks and yes I realize the better way to go is the slow and steady. The only way I would try to lose the weight that fast is if i was at the biggest loser show or ranch. And since i am not going on the show and dont have the money to spend 6 grand a month to go to the ranch it wont be happening that way. its all about lifestyle changes not quick fixes
