livejournal ads that bug me

those little videos that livejournal makes you watch when you first log in are awful! they just intrude upon your abilty to navigate the site and i end up having to reload the page to make my links work. it just bugs the hell out of me.
grrr.

does this bother anyone else?

There are videos? I just went to the home page, logged out and back in, and I was spammed with nothing! That said, I have an ad blocker. Maybe that's saving me?

i guess so. i'm getting pretty intrusive spam here. how do you get a spam blocker?

I use firefox as my browser, and downloaded this add-on. There are ones around from most browsers - just pump the key words into google.
