The temp thing never really worked for me... mine was always all over the place due to sleeping with a husband who is a spaceheater on his own! :p But.. what if you took it at the same time every night after getting 3 or 4 hours of sleep? That might work? Good Luck!

I can't suggest strongly enough getting your hands on a copy of Toni Weschler's "Taking Charge of Your Fertility"-I know it answers your question, but I don't know where my copy is at the moment to look it up for you. I do recall that the temperature taking needs to be at the same time each night, after at least three consecutive hours of sleep.

Someone in FAM might have a copy handy to look at for more details.

And as an aside, just buying the book apparently can be helpful :). I bought it, but got pregnant before I really looked through it, hehe.

I had a hard time weith temping because I have inconsistent waking times. I decided to go with a OV watch (www.ovwatch.com) and got pregnant the first month using it!

It was $199 for a watch with 3 sensors (each one lasts for 1 month). I totally think it was worth it I got pregnant the first month of using it. The have a deal if you don't get pregnant in the first 3 months of using it they will give you 3 more sensors for free, and they will also give you a free sensor for referring someone. (So if you decide to get one let me know and I can get a free sensor for one we start on number 2)

I can re-use it. I just put it into sleep mode now that I am pregnant. When I am ready to use it again I "wake it up".

You just wear it while you sleep and it gives you a 4 day warning before you ovulate. We BD'd 4 days before, 3days before, and the day before I ovulated...and BOOM we're pregnant.
