Milly's a nice touch, as is the orange "Banyan Crazy House" T-shirt. I'm loving Minako's attitude because I have a feeling I'd act the same way when if I was ever committed.

I laughed so hard reading his remark. He is the devil doctor in a mad house who enjoys toying with her though he knows(?) she does not belong there. Definitely look forward to more of such amusing exchange in this fic!
Who is the musician? Is it Rei? Michiru? Or one of the Starlights? I need to know it now!

This chapter had a very funny opening and was altogether a treat for me (I don't like the Starlights much, so this light mockery of Seya was something I enjoyed).
