I'm sure there is some random case of it happening, though *677... never heared of it... and who the fuck is OPP?
But if an unmarked police car has its lights flashing at you, pull the fuck over. Otherwise they can and will take more serious measures. (and in most cases, your just in their fucking way, and they want to pass you... I know this- per living in oakland).

try snopes.com and google it if they don't have it, especially for anything people mass-email. www.snopes.com is an internete repository of all sorts of urban legends. However, a squad car must be marked otherwise you don't have to pull over, I believe - too easy for something like that to happen (and it has happened, I just don't know if this case is true)
