"as part of their 'Dark Horse Presents' online anthology series"

The only thing better than Jo Chen getting back to Comicking (instead of just Illustrating), is that she did it with Joss + Lots and Lots of Crack! = ( Rub-A, Pant! )

spaz, vampires, !, artist: jo-chen, comic

The comic is awesome. And I love watching that video. It's made of win.

I've been rewatching Buffy and am up to season 4. I actually haven't seen seasons 5-7 yet, so it'll be awhile before I get caught up on the Buffy comics.

This spoils NOTHING for the series or the comic for it is Made of CRACK! Amazing, beautiful Crack! (Aside from implying that Buffy has trouble sleeping which is pretty consistent throughout.)

I've been re-watching Buffy cuz the 11-year boy and his 7-year-old sister are sudden;y all about the Vampires and really dig it. I didn't think they would... hell, I didn't think I would after all this time, but its been an interesting run. ^_^

And oh, my god, the Vid is Amaz-O! I cannot wait to show it to their Mom. Fuck that, My Mom! And every other Twighlight fan that drives me up the wall! This is how the world should be!

The best thing about this video is that it doesn't distort Edward's character at all, he actually is that creepy, except the part about him wanting sex, that's all Bella :D

I know! I love that he is just as In-Character as Buffy throughout. I had to explain that to my Sister (she then of course, immediately reblogged it to her facebook). Let the virus spread forth!

Thank you for posting teh awesome! I'm planning to re-watch Buffy and Angel sometime this summer and this reminds me how much I'm gonna enjoy it!

I could ignore Twilight better if people would just goddamn stop asking me if I'd read it! My mental slot machine tends to spit up one of these: 1) Nope, haven't had a lobotomy yet. 2) Nope, I have standards. 3) Nope, I have self-respect.

I told jlh recently that re-watching Buffy, I don't find her as identifiable I once did. There are some things she does that just make me think 'god, she's stupid'. But its definitely something that comes with age, cuz watching it as a Young Adult I certainly didn't feel that way.

BUT, in complete contrast to that though, this vid was so validating! Every time someone tries to sell my on Twilight (or more rightly, the Sparkly power that is Edward Cullen) I keep saying, WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT CREEPY CLOSE-TALKING INTIMIDATING STALKER BOY! My brain was always screaming, 'I'd Kick His Ass or Die Trying'. There is nothing interesting about Stephenie Meyer's vampires. That whole series is a sad commentary on the current state of womanhood, or rather the lack thereof. Dang. I'm getting all long in the tooth about it ( ... )

The looks on Sarah Michelle Gellar's face in some scenes were hilariously appropriate! That was class, :P

My friends recapped it as "Featuring the best eyeroll ever and it only gets more awesome from there". That's not even a little bit wrong!
