I'm glad to see we have 8 players signed up for Lansing now.  At least we will have 1 full division.  It is still 3 weeks away.  Being the weekend after Mother's Day (an off weekend for scrabble) I bet there will be plently of Michigan scrabblers jonesing for a nearby tourney that weekend.  Let's support Joanne Grow and get registered.

We had a season high attendance of 7 players this week.  Miki Sutherland had a good night, posting a 3-0 record with 8 bingos on her way to a 1369 series (her high for the year).  Carolyn Easter was brought back down to earth at 1-3, enabling Steve Grob to recapture the POY lead.
