Have you thought of pursuing a web design or program based degree? People definitely seek you out for your skills, and you're being offered a scholarship for your talents. I understand what it's like to be unsure of decisions and such, but as an outsider (granted, who only knows what I saw in high school and what I have read here) I'm seeing lots of incidents pointing toward your mastery of the web. Maybe you should take a closer look.
Just as a huge side note, every bit of scholarship money helps. Private schools are supposed to be really good about that, and I do have a nice academic based allotment, but I could really use more. I doubt if that helps you at all, but that's my two cents.
