It is pretty puntastic, though when I bring it up people tend to catch more than I do.

I do recommend it, though it is of course in no way Required Reading. (especially since the only English source is the shoddily-translated manga c___c)

It's a monthly, I think it ended on like chapter 20? It's pretty short. (Of course, it's an adaptation of a light novel series that is much longer, because that's how these things work.)

Coobie's targetting of girls was explained as teenage girls having the most intense concentrations of emotional energy.

If the canon specifies that the particular brand of magical warrior must be female, we go with canon. (A transgendered female character is fine.)

While there are a few gender-swapping characters in canon, they're frankly pretty rare. Original themes will be up to admin discretion.
