I recall really liking this one with its disjointed, wacky sense of wrongness and the Gothic feel to it all. Also, I'm a sucker for an Agatha Christie-flavored murder mystery.
I love Chimes of Midnight for the fantastic atmosphere, and the traditional mystery feel. I loved the dialogue, as well. Chimes was the first audio where I really felt like I was immersed in the story. I'm still new to audio-only stories, and some are hit and miss for me in this regard. But Chimes just nailed that sense of immersion in the plot.
