Minnie was my fav for the girls but Harper 4lyf for the Boys!

What comes through in both these chapters is an abiding respect for Severus as their Head. It’s actually lovely!

Ambitious little creatures, they set their sights (doggedly) on the only wins they think they're likely or able to achieve.

Yeah, I like both of the Hutchinsons. Muddling through is tough. Those years must have sucked for the Snakelings.

I think they see Severus as in their camp, and also see no one else as having their interests remotely at heart. He may not be soft and fluffy, but he's theirs and has their backs, so they're trying to wizard up and have his. Plus, y'know, tradition! *Tradition!*

I'm slowly attempting to read "The Beast".
I had started it a while back, got distracted [SQUIRREL!!!!] and am going to try again.

The only reasons I have in favor of AO3 are:
1. Easier to read.
2. I can find stories easier there.
3. It allows you to read a story in it's entirety without being online, or having to download. (my data plan is wonky.) I can open a window to a story set it to full vs. chapter by chapter and then go off line. The story will stay up until I close the window or the computer is turned off.
4. No pesky pop-up ads

There are absolutely no perks that I can see for your side of things.

I love Sheldon setting the price for Harper's pics; he's a good kid, Shawshank agrees. I so so so very much enjoyed the 5th year boys setting up that elaborate bathroom prank, and your last sentence has got me primed to read that chapter asap!
